TO ENTER:  Enter between August 12, 2011 12:01 am CST and October 31, 2011 11:59 pm CST (the “Promotional Period”) by completing the entry form available online at AmericasShoppingPlaces.com including your name, birth-date, email address, complete mailing address and phone number (including area code).  Limit one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to those 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island. General Growth Management, Inc., and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its Agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION / ODDS: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 7, 2011. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE: Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,448. One Grand Prize winner will receive:

Restrictions apply including expiration dates, restricted dates, and blackout dates for hotel stay and entertainment. Winner is responsible for any costs/expenses not specifically listed above including, but not limited to, airfare, taxes, meals, travel costs, drinks, transportation, gratuity, and all personal expenses and incidentals. The Sponsor or its’ agent determine the room the winner will stay in, this determination is based on room availability and is not negotiable.  Gift cards, tickets and vouchers may be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including service fees and purchase restrictions. Winner’s traveling companion must be over the age of 21. Sponsor and prize providers reserve the right to further restrict use dates and/or alter expiration dates; black-out dates may apply. Any unused portion of the prize will be automatically forfeited. All travel arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the winner. Gift cards provided by Sponsor are issued by American Express can be used to purchase airfare but may not be used to hold airline reservations.  Airfare is not included in prize package, the Shop Etc. gift cards provided can be used to purchase airfare.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Winner will be notified by email or phone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability and Publicity Release (“Release”) which must be received by Sponsor or its agent within 20 days of the date the Release is emailed by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor will provide all applicable information for the winner to correspond with its agents or the prize providers concerning prize redemption.

TERMS: By entering, entrants agree to: i) be contacted by the Sponsor, or Sponsor and its Agents, via email, mail, or phone; ii) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge whose decisions are final, and iii) release the Sponsor and its Agents, Facebook,from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize.  Entrants agree that by accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, hometown, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by Sponsor, and it’s agents and affiliates, without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of any prize. If the prize is $600.00 or higher a 1099 tax form will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV.

The Winner and his/her guest must book events on the same date and time, once booking is finalized, no deviations will be allowed for any portion of the prize. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold or transferred and is not convertible to cash. Sponsor or its’ Agents reserve the right to require additional documentation from winner and their guest. Additional prize restrictions and terms may be imposed by prize providers. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the Grand Prize ARV. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Grand Prize is unavailable. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.
Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, who is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.   In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winner, the winner will be determined to be the party who established the email account or the mobile phone account. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its Agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or computer virus, other technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information regardless of cause.  Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted in any manner such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned. In such event, legitimate entries received prior to the action will be processed and a notice will be posted at americasshoppingplaces.com. Sponsor and its Agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Entries and prize claims void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor reasonably believes to be causing fraud or disruption, will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify multiple entries in excess of the limit from the same person or mobile telephone number, or entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Entrants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and its Agents, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or their participation in this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  Neither Sponsor or its Agents are responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.
